I am a change catalyst with 5,000 hours of coaching experience.

My area of passion and expertise is transformational leadership in difficult times.

I held various global leadership and management roles in the insurance, financial services and pharma industries.

I work with CEOs, senior executives, people managers and teams in the areas of organizational and leadership development, culture change initiatives, high-performance team development, and one-on-one coaching.

I am a true Global Citizen having grown in France and in the last 25 years worked in Germany, the United States, England, Switzerland and China.
